Okay, so the room was pretty awesome! Super spacious and well-planned, plus the kitchenette was a nice touch for quick snacks. The gym and pool area were cool, too. I also really loved the location - right near the free metro mover, making it easy to explore the area. Oh, and the staff, especially the manager, were friendly and helpful when we checked in.

But, man, the experience wasn’t all sunshine. The breakfast was seriously disappointing—pre-made stuff that wasn’t worth the calories. And I ran into issues with the cleanliness, too. Hair in the shower? Not cool! there’s potential, but it needs some serious improvement!

The personnel was affable and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. It was in an absolutely perfect and good location next to transportation all in walking distance, restaurants, and Miami. Downtown Miami district was worth exploring...

Good value, room was incredibly comfortable, staff were friendly. The place had a special atmosphere. The hotel's location was particularly good, short walk to stores, restaurants and transportation all in walking distance and Miami. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The one-bedroom suite offered a comfortable stay with nice views and a homely atmosphere. The location near the main area provided easy access to transportation options like Uber and nearby trams. While the staff were friendly, the language barrier was an issue, with many unable to communicate in English. Miscommunication about the essential policies, such as the damage deposit and dinner credit, led to frustration.

Luis and Sabrina were super cute were nice. The 20th-floor view was just beautiful! The pizza place nearby is awesome. Just wish the landline in the room actually worked, seemed kinda outdated. Still a cool spot to stay!

We hit up the Bayside Marketplace for live music and caught an exciting Miami Marlins game at LoanDepot Park. The location is super convenient for shopping, dining, and nightlife. The rooftop pool is a relaxing spot to chill, and the room was spacious with all the amenities we needed.

I did have an issue with valet service. They were pretty disorganized and tried to make me pay upfront, confusing.

The One Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed and Balcony offers fine views and a spacious layout. The rooftop pool provides a relaxing escape, nice for a chill spot while overlooking the skyline.

Unfortunately, the cleaning wasn't up to par. I found hair in both the shower and sink, and the sink clogged after a few days of use. The absence of efficient service for basic requests, like towels, was also frustrating when I had to ask multiple times or even go downstairs myself.

The location is fantastic. The rooftop bar offers fine views, especially during happy hour. The room was clean and comfy, with plenty of space. I loved having two bathrooms. It. The valet service was a bit of a headache. They were disorganized and tried to charge me upfront, confusing. It would have been nice to have some kitchenware in the kitchenette for preparing meals.

We loved our spacious suite, perfect for our family with two young kids. The location is amazing, just a few blocks from the bustling Brickell area with restaurants and shops. Plus, the pool was a hit with the kids after our adventures.

My kids wished the breakfast had more variety and options for picky eaters. I think adding a few healthier choices would make mornings much easier for families.

Had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying the rooftop pool and soaking in the sun on the terrace. The breakfast choices could be a bit better, but overall it didn't take away from my experience. Just a tip, make sure to check the meal details at check-in to avoid any confusion! 🌞
